Staff developments are customized based upon the targeted systems analysis to meet the needs of each client.  Full-day, half-day and after-school staff developments are available for a wide range of education professionals, including special educators, general educators, para-educators, administrators and more.  My favorite staff developments are not the sit-and-get status-quo.  While I do offer full-day trainings, I prefer to deliver several shorter trainings over time, coupled with the sustained support needed for successful implementation.
