Information gathered from the targeted systems analysis allows for the development of an action plan that will help to support educators improve their instruction, increase student engagement and positively impact student learning.  The targeted systems analysis is characterized by an initial meeting with the principal and site specific stakeholders to review current data.  This is followed by structured interviews, observations or surveys to identify specific areas for growth.
